  Extremely disappointed!! The website pizzas look nothing like the pizzas we got from Mindarie Crust! Complete false advertising!! First time we ordered the pesto chicken and avocado pizza, there was one brown lump of avocado in the centre... not large slices across the whole pizza as the website depicts. We called them back and they offered us a free pizza complementary with another purchase on our next visit (maybe the lack of avo was a once off we thought). Recently ordered again, their customer service is terrible! not kind and friendly at all. As I ordered over the phone I specifically asked him in a jokingly but serious manner "is there going to be avo on it this time?" "Of course" he said. Well that was definitely not the case when we came to pick the pizzas up, checked them in the store and there was minimal avocado cheese and chicken on the chicken pestso and minimal cheese on the vegetarian pizza, they look nothing like the website and quite honestly it was very disappointing and when I confronted the manager about the issue he denied it saying on the website the pizzas are uncooked, sorry but i didn't realise full slices of avocado could shrivel to 1cm peices in the oven. Also the first time we went the man would have given me the pizzas for free if i had not kindly let him know i hadnt paid, so he gave us a voucher which was nice, turns out the voucher was EXPIRED A MONTH AGO?! DEFINITELY will not be coming back. Poor customer service and cheep with ingredients.

  Terrible experience! Ordered 2 pizza's
  What was writen on the menu to what was put on the pizza was to a very poor minimum.
  Seemed like they were cutting costs on the amount of topping put on both pizzas.
  To top it off seeing one of their staff around the back catch his sneez with his work gloves on that they use to handle their food and carry on working, really makes me question how high there health and safety is to handling food.

  Terrible website, awful to navigate. 45 mins later order finally processed. Receipt emailed to us clearly stating 'sour cream' (extra at cost) Arrived on time. All went downhill from there really. Mexican pizza was as far removed from Mexico as Mindarie is! No chilli, no buffalo mozzarella and no idea if the base sauce was spicy as it was a burnt mess! To top it off, the sour cream was tzatziki! But that's ok as it was explained to us that 'they don't stock sour cream so sent that instead!' NO! NOT OK! Don't bloody well charge me for it then! I have posted a photo... Manager will refund however not really the point when you've spent three weeks just trying to navigate the infuriating website and awaiting the order!
